Department of Quality Assurance is ensuring continuous quality improvements in all aspects of patient care focusing on patients satisfaction through implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and protocols in Subharti hospital.

Quality Assurance department is constantly working on patients & relatives safety, staff safety and environmental safety and also focusing on to enhance patients and staff satisfaction.

Department of Quality Assurance also ensure regular audits in all departments, development of training modules and SOPs, improving documentation and conducting various training programme, infection control surveillance, compliance of statutory and regulatory requirement, Conducting safety rounds on regular interval and organising mock drills.
